CRAZY MAN

(turning to face FRANK, and lowering his voice)

A CLOSEUP on FRANK's eyes shows the sudden shock he feels.

FRANK
(in shock, but loudly)
What? What did you say?

The CRAZY MAN smiles and turns to walk away. The traffic light turns green, but FRANK doesn't move.

FRANK
(rolling down his window, raising his voice)
What did you say? How do you know my name? How do you know my name?

With the CRAZY MAN getting away, FRANK gets out of his car to run after him. The driver behind FRANK honks his horn. A nearby POLICEMAN on foot notices the situation.
